We celebrated Helen Higgins's 92nd birthday on JULY 17, in Boerne, TX (at the Gilbert/Trees Reunion Roundup) and our PGP Jerry Trees presented Helen with a birthday cake.

Then back in Lewisville Chapter, at our stated meeting JULY 21, the annual Marie Lord STAR AWARD was presented to Helen by Shelley Walker, PM and Art Drescher, PP, for her outstanding work and dedication to OES. (Too bad we forgot to take off the plastic from the plaque)
