First, we are Christians and as such are honest in His sight. We try to help each person and treat each person as we wish to be treated. We stand behind our merchandise.
Returns
Returns are accepted providing that they are returned in the original condition. All items are guaranteed 100%.Your refund will be sent upon the return of the merchandise.
Customer Service
PRICING: If you order an item that we ran out of, we will send you a notice if the price has risen, to see if you wish to purchase it anyway. We do NOT raise prices just to raise them. The only time we raise them is if we can no longer purchse them at that price. Even if a price has gone up to us, we still sell all we have in stock at the old price, and only go up when we have to buy more and pay more. The cost of all metals have gone up. Gold and Silver is at its highest ever and that means even things that are gold plated or silver plated go up in cost.
We sell many items each month, at or below, what it cost us, just to try to make our beloved Fraternity grow.
We do not charge extra "service" charges for getting your merchandise to you extremely quickly. We are here to help and try our best to help you.
I am available most of the time to answer any questions that you might have. However, I do step out from time to time. If you will explain your needs in an email, we will get back with you.SO PLEASE watch your email.
Catalogs: We no longer make catalogs. The last 5 years we have done it all on the web. The reason for that is with new EPA regulations for printing companies, caused the price to escalate. The catalog got much larger as well, with each new addition, making mailing it more expensive. We were faced with going up on our prices to make our 10% profit, or not raise prices and stop the catalog. No anwer is perfect. We chose not to go up on prices so more could afford to buy something nice.
SHIPPING CHARGES: We are so sorry the shipping charges are so expensive. We are 20 miles from the nearest postal, one way, so everything goes out UPS. We are country and they charge to come here daily. They do not give us the same rates as they do JC Penny's, we wish they did. What you don't see,and not charged for, is if they go outside the normal downtown area, we are also charged a fuel tax for each package extra....so it adds up.Please also take into account the price of boxes, tissue, etc that goes into each order and we will all pray that the prices go back down. While praying, please take a moment and pray for someone else. You know you have many in your life that are in need of prayer, take time to lift them up, asking their needs be met. It only takes a moment and means so much.
